Source data
Source data must be in columns as: [Distance1] [Distance2] (every case expressing distances in a pair of sites parsed in a separate row, column separator can be either space, tab or semicolon, decimal separator can be either point or comma). Distances typically express difference in locations and difference or similarity in site characteristics. The result is Mantel statistic (rM) and its statistical significance.
Distance zones are calculated from the first column. Values in the second column are permutated. Lines beginning with a character (column headers) are excluded.
